2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS – NIAD: SOLID FOUNDATION, ASPIRING TO A NEW ERA OF GROWTH

On June 29, 2026, NIAD Investment and Development Joint Stock Company successfully held its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shareholders, marking a significant milestone in its nearly 20-year journey of establishment and development.

The meeting reviewed the operational results of 2025, approved the business objectives and plans for 2026, and ratified various key resolutions, officially setting the stage for a new phase of growth for NIAD.

2025 HIGHLIGHTS

• Consolidated revenue: Exceeded 672 billion VND.

• Revenue from sales and services: Grew by 14.3%.

• Profit before tax: Increased by 7.5%, meeting the Board of Directors' targets and reaching 114.7% of the strategic plan’s objective.

• Amidst market volatility, NIAD maintained positive growth through effective cost control, enhanced governance capacity, and the optimization of business operations.
