Ngan Luc Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (NIAD) - formerly known as the BIDV Labour Union Investment Joint Stock Company - would like to extend our warm greetings and gratitude to our valued customers.

NIAD was established in 2007 based on the capital contribution of employees of the Joint Stock Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV).

After more than 15 years of operation, NIAD ‘s business network has expanded nationwide, including a system of 8 Representative offices, 2 Branches and 2 Subsidiaries with a total staff of more than 1000 people (including employees of the Headquarters, branches and subsidiaries). NIAD's charter capital is more than 480 billion VND (more than 20 millions US Dollars). The company’s business activities include various industries and fields, which are relatively diverse. At present, NIAD provides resources to serve Vietnamese and foreign banks in Vietnam and some other organizations with a series of products and services such as:

Consumer Personal Information Protection Policy (Articles 68 to 73) of Ngan Luc Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (NIAD)
a) Purpose of collecting personal information:
Providing services to customers and managing.
Using Consumers' personal information for the purpose of managing the Consumer database and promptly handling arising situations (if any).
b) Scope of information use:
Providing services to Consumers;
• Sending notifications about information exchange activities between Consumers and NIAD.
• Preventing activities that destroy, appropriate Consumers' user accounts or activities that impersonate Consumers.
• Contacting and resolving complaints with Consumers;
• Confirming and exchanging information about Consumers' transactions at NIAD.
• In case of request from competent state management agencies.

No time limit, except in case the Consumer sends a request for cancellation to the Company's Board of Directors.

The Consumer agrees that, if necessary, the following agencies/organizations/individuals have the right to access and collect their personal information, including:
