Ngan Luc Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (NIAD) - formerly known as the BIDV Labour Union Investment Joint Stock Company - would like to extend our warm greetings and gratitude to our valued customers.

NIAD was established in 2007 based on the capital contribution of employees of the Joint Stock Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV).

After more than 15 years of operation, NIAD ‘s business network has expanded nationwide, including a system of 8 Representative offices, 2 Branches and 2 Subsidiaries with a total staff of more than 1000 people (including employees of the Headquarters, branches and subsidiaries). NIAD's charter capital is more than 480 billion VND (more than 20 millions US Dollars). The company’s business activities include various industries and fields, which are relatively diverse.
