Consumer Personal Information Protection Policy (Articles 68 to 73) of Ngan Luc Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (NIAD)
a) Purpose of collecting personal information:
Providing services to customers and management.
Using Consumer's personal information for the purpose of managing the Consumer database and promptly handling any arising situations (if any).
b) Scope of information usage:
Providing services to Consumers;
• Sending notifications regarding information exchange activities between Consumers and NIAD.
• Preventing activities that destroy or hijack Consumers' user accounts or activities impersonating Consumers.
• Communicating with and resolving complaints from Consumers.
• Confirming and exchanging information about Consumer transactions at NIAD.
• In case of request from competent state authorities.
c) Information storage time:
There is no deadline, except when the Consumer sends a cancellation request to the Company's Board of Directors.
d) Individuals or organizations that may have access to that information:
The Consumer agrees that, where necessary, the following agencies/organizations/individuals have the right to access and collect their personal information, including:
• Management Board.
• Third parties with services integrated with the Website: nganluc.vn
• Competent state agencies in case of requests as stipulated in the operating regulations.
• Financial and legal advisors and auditing firms.
• The complainant who proves the Consumer's violation.
• At the request of competent state agencies.
