Opening ceremony of Ngan Luc Security Company and launch of PSM service management software

With the goal of providing the best possible services to the banking system, on October 17, 2019, Ngan Luc Security Services Joint Stock Company, a member of Ngan Luc Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, officially launched its operations to provide security services applying Industry 4.0 technology to banks in particular and all customers in need.

Mr. Tran Xuan Hoang – Deputy General Director of Vietnam Investment and Development Bank, Mr. Ha Trung Nghia – General Director of Ngan Luc Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, and Mr. Than Ngoc Duong – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ngan Luc Security Services Joint Stock Company cut the ribbon to inaugurate the project.

With the goal of providing the best possible services to the Vietnamese banking system, since 2016, Ngan Luc Investment and Development Joint Stock Company has invested in three security service companies (Ngan An, Ngan Luc Global, and Ngan Luc Sao Vang) to provide security services for BIDV Bank. After more than three years of operation, Ngan Luc Company has accumulated valuable experience and focused on training a team of highly experienced and professional personnel in the field of security service provision. However, concerned that the scattered investment in three companies would lead to fragmented management and supervision, affecting service quality, Ngan Luc Company decided to withdraw its capital and terminate its presence in these three companies. Simultaneously, it will concentrate its personnel and finances on establishing Ngan Luc Security Services Joint Stock Company, bearing its own brand image and corporate identity.

Mr. Le Quang Trung – Deputy General Director of Ngan Luc Security Services Joint Stock Company and Mr. Ngo Long – Deputy Director of BIDV Hung Vuong Branch signed a contract to provide security services for BIDV Hung Vuong Branch and its transaction offices.

PSM 4.0 software – short for Pro Service Management – ​​is the result of Ngan Luc Investment and Development Joint Stock Company's motto of daring to think and act, applying modern technology, with the goal of improving service quality and ensuring maximum security of customers' assets. PSM 4.0 combines an online monitoring web platform and a mobile app (running on Android and iOS operating systems). PSM 4.0 is advanced software, integrating many modern functions for the Company's management board, on-site staff, and investors/customers using Ngan Luc's services.

Ngan Luc has implemented PSM 4.0 in pilot testing at many sites where the Company is providing services (building management services, security services, etc.) and has observed stable operation, improved remote monitoring quality by the management board, and increased work professionalism among on-site staff.
