28/05/2026 - NIAD Holds Working Session with GRG Banking Equipment (HK)

On the morning of May 28, 2026, at the headquarters of Ngan Luc Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (NIAD) in Hanoi, NIAD’s leadership team held a working session with a senior delegation from GRG Banking Equipment (HK) – an international financial technology corporation specializing in banking equipment, automation, and smart financial solutions.

The meeting took place in an open, professional atmosphere with a long-term strategic orientation. Both parties discussed digital transformation trends in the finance and banking sector, cash management, and technology application solutions for operational activities in Vietnam.

During the meeting, NIAD introduced an overview of its corporate capabilities and service ecosystem currently deployed in the banking sector. With nearly 20 years of operation, NIAD is currently a partner of many major financial institutions in Vietnam and possesses practical implementation experience in areas such as specialized vehicles, ATM services, banking technical services, and financial infrastructure operation support.

On GRG’s side, representatives of the corporation shared their experience in developing smart financial models in international markets, particularly in the fields of automation, cash management, and modern operational support solutions. GRG’s practical experience was assessed as having significant potential for research, reference, and development suitable to the Vietnamese market context in the coming period.

Based on the discussions, both parties agreed to continue promoting cooperation in several areas aligned with the capabilities and development orientations of each side, while appointing dedicated focal points to study specific cooperation models in the near future.

A representative of NIAD stated that the company always prioritizes expanding cooperation with international partners possessing strong technological capabilities and practical implementation experience. Through such cooperation, NIAD aims to gradually approach advanced operational models worldwide, improve service quality, and contribute to the modernization of financial infrastructure in Vietnam.

The working session with GRG is considered a positive starting point in NIAD’s strategy to expand international cooperation, while also opening up expectations for highly practical technology cooperation models in the future.
