Notice No. 485/TB-NIAD dated December 4, 2018 regarding: Organizing the selection of construction contractors for 37 investors

ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear: Investors of the project “Construction of BIDV housing in the low-rise land area of ​​Nam An Khanh New Urban Area”.

(The investors did not authorize the Board of Representatives to select the construction contractor).

          Ngan Luc Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (NIAD) respectfully announces to investors contributing capital to the project "Building BIDV housing at low-rise land in Nam An Khanh New Urban Area" with some of the following contents:

1. Bidding plan for selecting a construction contractor

          - Currently, 37 out of 109 people have not authorized the Representative to select the construction contractor. Of these, 33 out of 37 have signed housing purchase contracts with NIAD, and 4 out of 37 have not yet signed contracts with NIAD.

• NIAD will issue tender documents corresponding to the volume of the 33 units for which sales contracts have been signed. For the remaining 4 units (if no sales contracts are signed), NIAD will not include them in the tender documents. (List of 37 land plots attached).

          - The bidding documents will be issued by NIAD to all contractors who are referred by at least one investor from the list of 33 units. NIAD requests that investors refer interested contractors to NIAD to purchase the bidding documents (a sample referral form for purchasing bidding documents is attached). In addition, NIAD also invites contractors who participated in the bidding process organized by the Representative Office. NIAD expects to start selling the bidding documents from December 20, 2018 (Price of bidding documents: VND 2,000,000/set). NIAD requests that investors send letters of recommendation before December 15, 2018 so that NIAD can print and prepare the bidding documents.

          - After the contractor selection results are announced, NIAD will adjust the costs and payment schedule in the Sales Contract with the investor according to the payment schedule stipulated in the bidding documents.

          - NIAD commenced construction simultaneously and in sync with the investors who authorized the selection of contractors for the Representative Office (as mentioned in item 1).

2. For investors who do not yet meet the eligibility requirements for NIAD or the Board of Representatives to organize the implementation of construction.

          After the project commences, NIAD will coordinate with the Representative Board to compile a list of investors who have not authorized the Representative Board and have not signed sales contracts for NIAD to proceed with construction, or who have authorized the Representative Board but have not provided a tripartite contract payment guarantee. NIAD and the Representative Board will report to the BIDV leadership and propose solutions.
